We’ve built a network of relationships with businesses and professionals to help us help you maintain HIPAA-compliance.

We have adopted administrative, physical & technical safeguards as they pertain to our organization as a business associate of yours and as a medical answering service handling PHI, and accordingly undergo legal review and outside auditing for compliance. We have BAA’s in place with our business associates, and we have BAA’s to put in place with our customers. For convenience and ease, we have multiple secure messaging options available to our customers.
